摘要:  作为滑溜水压裂液体系的核心处理剂,减阻剂性能的好坏对页岩储层压裂施工的效果具有十分重要 的影响,在对国内外常用减阻剂的优缺点进行对比分析的基础上,采用反相乳液聚合法,研制了一种适用于页岩气 储层的新型高效减阻剂HDR-C,利用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明,该 减阻剂HDR-C具有良好的降阻效果、耐剪切性能和黏弹性能;此外,减阻剂 HDR-C还具有良好的表面活性、防 膨性能以及低伤害特性,能够适应页岩储层压裂施工的需求。现场应用结果表明,减阻剂HDR-C能够显著降低 压裂施工压力,具有良好的降阻性能和返排性能,能够有效提高页岩储层压裂施工的效率。

Abstract:  As the core treatment agent of the slippery water fracturing fluid system, the performance of drag reducing agent has a very important influence on the effect of fracturing construction in shale gas reservoirs. Based on the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used drag reducing agents at home and abroad, a new highly efficient drag reduction agent HDR-C for shale gas reservoirs is developed by inverse emulsion polymerization, and its structure is characterized by infrared spectroscopy. It was characterized and its comprehensive performance was evaluated. The results show that HDR-C has a good drag reduction effect. When the dosage is 0. 1 % and the experimental flow rate is 3. 0m3 /h, the drag reduction rate can reach more than 65% , which is superior to other products of the same type at home and abroad. When the experimental temperature is 25 ℃ , the shear rate is 170s - 1 and the shear time is 60min, the apparent viscosity retention rate can reach more than 90% , and the elastic modulus can reach 0. 1~ 10Pa under the experimental stress The amount of HDR-C is greater than the viscosity modulus, which indicates that HDR-C has good shear resistance and viscoelastic performance; in addition, HDR-Chas good surface activity, anti-swelling performance and low damage characteristics, which can meet the needs of shale reservoir fracturing construction. The field application results show that HDR-C can significantly reduce the fracturing pressure, has good resistance reduction performance and flowback performance, and can effectively improve the efficiency of shale reservoir fracturing construction.
